CoSustain Consulting is a network of professionals, highly skilled in sustainable economic growth and passionate about finding solutions for a better world. We collaborate with organisations such as Sustainable Finance Advisory, The Rallying Cry, XOCO Unlimited, Frank Impact and Enabling Outcomes.

CoSustain Consulting was founded by Chintal Barot after a decade long career with Accenture and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Chintal Barot

Chintal has a 20-year consulting career, the past ten spent working with investors, global companies, multilateral institutions and policy-makers on sustainable economic growth.

Her focus over the past decade has been on climate and gender finance in emerging markets. She has worked in the financial, agriculture, retail, clean energy, natural resources and ship recycling sectors.

She leads diverse teams to design and deliver complex, global partnerships and programmes in Asia and Africa. 

Her work includes facilitating multi-stakeholder and sector initiatives, chairing workshops and delivering presentations. She advises senior leaders to co-create and deliver strategies and plans, training and capacity building. Her areas of expertise are climate change, gender, pollution and resource scarcity, labour standards and human rights.

Chintal advises EMBA and MBA students at Oxford University’s Said Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, and participates in workshops and events.

Prior to CoSustain Consulting, Chintal was in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Sustainability and Climate Change team in London. She started her career with Accenture providing business advice to multinational companies, where she delivered training to teams across Europe and the US. 

Chintal loves to read and write. She has written articles about chocolate, Mughal women and books that have deeply moved her.

In the field, Chintal showed great connection and understanding of circumstances for the group of women rural female farmers operating in a drought prone area. She worked with them to find sensible, deliverable solutions to their challenges.
